TRUSLIDE has newly launched the SS2027lk heavy-duty and light-duty drawer slide rail. Based on the classic model SS2027PT, it adds a mechanical locking function, specifically designed for scenarios with strict safety requirements. It features an integrated side-mounted lock mechanism, which can be quickly locked or unlocked by rotating the key or pressing the button, preventing the drawer from accidentally sliding out. It is particularly suitable for areas where precision instruments, medical supplies, or dangerous items for children are stored. The core parameters continue to use stainless steel 304 material and a 40kg super strong load-bearing capacity. It is equipped with a 27mm widened track and three-stage full extension function, balancing stability and operational convenience. Whether it is a laboratory reagent cabinet or a family medicine box, SS2027lk can protect important items with a dual protection mechanism.

Unlike the single movement mode of ordinary sliding rails, SS2027lk adopts physical locking. When the drawer is fully closed, the built-in spring triggers the self-locking device, eliminating the need for manual operation. It can be adapted to various length specifications ranging from 8 to 24 inches. During installation, only the original sliding rail body needs to be replaced, without the need to modify the cabinet structure. This reduces vibration and noise while extending the service life. It has become a safety standard in fields such as school medicine cabinets and factory tool carts.

This design significantly reduces the attention required by users to the locking status, especially suitable for scenarios requiring single-handed operation (such as emergency storage when holding a handheld device). Moreover, the lock core module supports quick disassembly for replacement, and users can freely switch between mechanical keys/electronic sensing versions according to security level requirements, endowing the same hardware platform with multi-scenario adaptability.
